PDO Threads
PDO Threads are like thin fibers, which are smooth on their surface (without hooks) and are placed under the skin, in horizontal and vertical directions forming a mesh. With their biodegradation, in the following months, they stimulate the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which is why these threads are often called collagen threads or tightening threads. PDO Threadsunder no circumstances can they provide immediate lifting of the skin, and therefore they are not recommended for individuals seeking an instant lift. In such cases, COG threads are preferred.
The essential benefit of PDO Threads however is in the production of new collagen, so if someone applies them in sufficient numbers, on the face and neck, will begin to see a visible firming and lifting action, almost a month after the treatment which will further improve in the coming months and as long as their biodegradation lasts.
